This beautiful example has been graded Choice Very fine 35 with Exceptional Paper Quality by PMG. 2402 has 199 notes graded by PMG currently and only 30 notes are graded finer than this one! Compare this to the non-star fr. 2402 which has over 3,500 notes graded by PMG, the star note is much more scarce. The 1928 small size gold certificate series notes are always in demand and this original paper star note would be a fantastic addition to any collection!
